Job Description:
- Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of insurance policies and related documents to clients.
- Follow assigned delivery routes to ensure efficient and accurate distribution of policies.
- Coordinate with the dispatcher to receive delivery orders and maintain a schedule for deliveries.
- Verify the accuracy of policy documents and related materials before departure for each delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service during policy deliveries, addressing client inquiries and concerns as needed.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of delivered policies, obtaining required signatures as necessary.
