Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administers various employee benefit programs.
- Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs.
- Resolves conflicts with benefit providers regarding enrollment eligibility.
- Ensures regular employees and dependents receive their corresponding benefits.
- Maintains employee tools, such as mobile units and lines.
- Establishes relationships with providers to offer the best options.
- Answers employee queries on compensation and benefits.
- Assists in filing related benefit claims.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or Psychology.
- Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
- Computer literate with strong communication skills.
