Job Description
The Branch Officer in Charge (OIC) is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year Business Related Course.
- At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
- Leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Honest, trustworthy, resourceful, and flexible with a “Can Do” attitude.
Other Functions:
- Participate in sales and marketing programs.
- Provide On-the-Job Training to new employees.
- Fill in as cashier when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
