Qualifications:
- Educational background: College Level or Graduate of any vocational course.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications (Word/Excel).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Trustworthy and result-oriented.
Job Description:
- Ensure items received from warehouse are accurate in quantity and quality.
- Verify customer order loads for delivery are correct in quantity and quality.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics Department.
- Document received items and dispatch accurately; report discrepancies to superior.
- Assist in resolving customer issues.
- Perform tasks thoroughly and accurately.
