Job Description
Tri State Kitchens is seeking a full-time Construction Takeoff Estimator for our US client. The office is located at Central Park, Bangkal, Davao City. Key responsibilities include estimating construction materials and costs, creating shop drawings, and reviewing project plans.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in construction takeoff software
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Must be able to work on a graveyard shift (9pm-6am) with weekends off.
Additional benefits include free meals and annual leave.
