Job Description
Job Summary:
The Property Accountant is responsible for recording daily financial transactions, reviewing disbursements, billings, and various accounting reports.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general or property accounting
- Knowledge of Real Estate property and administration
- Familiarity with bookkeeping, accounting principles, and regulations
- Experience with SAP ERP is a plus
