Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare job descriptions and advertise vacant positions online
- Source applicants, perform interviews, and assist in onboarding
- Maintain accurate electronic employee records
- Assist in employee performance evaluations
- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 6 months HR experience
- Familiarity with online recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willingness to work overtime
- Office-based in New Manila, Quezon City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,770.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
