Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to manage the operational workflow at ZXY Ecommerce Platform and Consultancy Inc. The successful candidate will:
- Maintain accurate attendance records.
- Ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor delivery flow.
- Support the Operations Manager.
- Address customer concerns.
Qualifications:
- Experience in food delivery industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Computer literacy.
