Job Description
SparkleStar International Corp is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms.
- Proactively sourcing candidates and reviewing resumes.
- Conducting screening interviews and organizing candidate meetings.
- Leading structured interviews and preparing job offers.
- Managing the onboarding process and maintaining candidate relationships.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: From Php18,00.00 per month.
