Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer Spanish and English inbound calls from stores and customers
- Utilize problem solving and decision making skills to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Must have achieved Level 5 Spanish Proficiency based on the SYF Berlitz Assessment
- At least 2 years of college education completed
- Available to start ASAP
- Willing to work night shifts or on a shifting schedule
- Able to work onsite in Northgate, Alabang
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php32,00.00 per month
Schedule: Evening, Night, and Rotational shifts
