Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in handling bookings and preparing shipping instructions for all assigned ports.
- Coordinate schedules with truckers, shippers, and consignees for deliveries and pickups.
- Monitor cargo status and update the Dispatch Masterlist.
- Process online payments and prepare invoicing documents.
- Assist in creating Job Orders and Delivery Orders.
- Maintain accurate data entry into internal systems.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics or operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,500 – Php15,00 per month
