Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to raise customer pool and optimize profitability.
- Meet sales goals by motivating and training staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store conditions and visual merchandising.
- Conduct performance appraisals to assess training needs.
- Handle staff and customer issues effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Willing to be assigned in SM Lanang.
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00/month
