Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist clients and evaluate all warranty claims before invoicing.
- Coordinate with the principal dealer regarding customer warranty claims.
- Initiate and process warranty claims, preparing and submitting necessary documentation.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely reporting of warranty claims receivables.
- Monitor and ensure prompt collection of warranty claims, conducting follow-ups as needed.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of a four-year course.
- Ability to work on detailed tasks with accuracy and speed.
- Relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with excellent academic records are encouraged to apply.
