Job Description

Location: Claveria, Davao City
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8AM-5PM (Monday to Saturday)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with job candidates and perform reference checks.
- Manage HR records, including résumés and employee forms.
- Issue employment contracts and oversee onboarding processes.
- Coordinate leaves of absence and process related claims.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
Preferred Experience: 1 year in Human Resources
Relocation Requirement: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Davao City.
