- Implement merchandising programs on time.
- Manage merchandiser schedules and accounting.
- Disseminate information to merchandisers.
- Organize briefings, orientations, and coaching.
- Allocate merchandising requirements.
- Enforce the Code of Discipline.
- Ensure proper project implementation.
- Uphold quality and execution standards.
- Track trade activities and competitive efforts.
- Review and submit accurate reports.
- Conduct monthly stock counts.
- Manage logistics materials and equipment.
Qualifications:
- College Level
- With Supervisory Experience
- Computer Literate
- Good Communication Skills
- Familiar with NCR Areas
- Merchandising Experience
- With Vaccination Card
- Background in Merchandising Industry
