Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course
- 3 years experience as Sales Manager and in recruitment and managing in real estate
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good communication, management, and leadership skills
Duties:
- Recruit and manage the sales team.
- Develop sales strategies with management.
- Coaching and performance management.
- Prepare reports and documentation.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
