Job Description
We are HIRING
We are looking for a Collection Specialist to join our team at Wheeltek Motor Sales Corporation.
Fulltime: 15,00/month + monthly Incentives
Area: Imus Near in S&R
Job Description:
- Negotiates payment plans with clients.
- Contacts clients via telephone, email, postal mail or any social media.
- Finds clients who have moved or changed telephone numbers.
- Updates collection monitoring when new information is available or when clients make payments.
- Listens carefully to debtors and attempts to work with their financial situations to come to an amicable repayment agreement.
- Performs basic administrative duties such as recordkeeping, data entry, and composing demand letters.
- Prepares regular debtor statements for email or postal mail.
- Confirms the deaths of debtors by requesting death certificates or other information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Experience is an advantage but without experience is also welcome to apply, including fresh graduates.
Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
