Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for every aspect of the day to day supervision and discipline of the store including product inventory, implementation of company policy and standard operating procedures.
Job Qualifications:
- Holder of Bachelors Degree in Management or any related field
- At least 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in Sales/ Retail/General or equivalent
- Adept in knowledge and handling of short and long term customer relations
- Experience in formulating and execution of Target Marketing plans.
- Good in both oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and good time management skills
- High degree of Integrity and Commitment
- People Management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, delegate work and explain ideas.
