Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Processing billing and monitoring the POD status
- POD uploading and re-uploading
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Making adjustments to invoices as needed
- Interacting with clients and suppliers
- Maintaining compliance with company guidelines
- Accurate record-keeping in our database
- Resolving billing discrepancies
- Other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Independent worker
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Immediate availability
