Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Kasile Hills Resort and Events Venue. Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the hiring, training, and continuous development of staff.
- Oversee front of house operations and maintain food quality standards.
- Ensure proper payment processing and final dispatch of food to guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address complaints promptly.
- Develop strategies to enhance the dining experience and manage inventory.
- Identify cost-cutting methods and manage staff schedules.
- Perform cash register duties and assist with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
