- Create strategies and programs for managed branches
- Achieve sales targets for all branches
- Expand area and open new locations
- Ensure operational excellence with quick account processing
- Build branch presence through offline and LC channels
- Manage and develop team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of related experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in handling people and loan documents
- Knowledge of OFW and Seaman industry preferred
- Willingness to train in Ortigas
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
