Job Description
Job Functions:
- Perform design and BIM works.
- Participate in design charrettes and collaboration meetings.
- Conduct quality checks of drawings for compliance.
- Ensure adherence to safety and building codes.
- Generate drawing solutions through research and consultations.
- Assist in preparing schedules, specifications, and other documents.
- Conduct project site inspections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering, or Drafting-related fields.
- 10-15 years experience as a Revit Modeler/Drafter preferred.
- Experience in residential construction and interior design is a plus.
- Proficient in ArchiCAD, Revit, and BIM technologies.
