Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone and written communication to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer needs with our products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to handle objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Communicate relevant information to clients and share insights with colleagues.
What We Offer: Competitive salary, HMO, and performance incentives.
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php28,00.00/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day shift.
