Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with queries.
- Collect outstanding patient balances and assist third-party entities.
- Ensure HIPAA guidelines are followed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year BPO experience; 6 months in Healthcare.
- Preferred College Graduate or 2 years in college.
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang, and on graveyard shifts.
Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
