Job Description
Globalport Terminals Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to plan, direct, and oversee the implementation of human resources strategies that align with our strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations, collaborate with senior leadership on talent development, and provide data-driven reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organization Development.
- Over 5 years of progressive leadership experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in management.
- Willing to be assigned in Port of Sasa, Davao City.
Job Type: Full-time
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
