Job Description
Join our team at SGS Hub – Sapient Global! We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites with a one-day hiring process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assist customers with the online ticketing platform and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Protect sensitive customer information by following established protocols.
