Job Description
We are Circular Paradigm Fashions Inc., seeking a dedicated Human Resource Recruitment professional. Responsibilities include:
- Screening applicants
- Conducting initial interviews
- Negotiating salary and benefits
- Onboarding new hires
- Creating recruitment strategies
- Participation in external recruiting events
- Handling administrative duties
- Providing recruitment reports to managers
Location: San Pedro Laguna
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00/month
Benefits: Additional leave, employee discount, free parking, potential for permanent position.
Experience in recruitment preferred but not required. Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred). Human Resources experience: 1 year (Required). Willingness to travel: 100% (Required).
