Job Description
Join Gilladoga Realty Services Inc. as a Billing and Collections Specialist!
- Receive all collections (Condominium Dues, GCE, Water, OSA, RPT, and Insurance)
- Implement collection policy and follow up on payments from delinquent unit owners and tenants
- Monitor Accounts Receivable and prepare daily and monthly collection reports
- Conduct special tasks and perform other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance | Experience: 2 years in Property Management Accounting (Preferred)
