Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in daily operations to ensure customer service meets targets.
- Maintain team morale and motivation.
- Monitor performance metrics closely and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
- Provide problem-solving support during challenges.
- Lead training sessions to enhance team skills.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- 1 year managerial experience in a BPO environment.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Analytical with problem-solving abilities.
- Must be amenable to work onsite in Bacolod.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month.
