Job Description
Work hours 9am-6pm AEDT (Sydney, Australia time)
6am-3pm Phillipines time
This is a Remote, Work from Home role
Applicants must have experience in loan processing and credit. Applicants must be able to make phone calls and be fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Loan Officers in managing and organising loan files.
- Assess Credit applications from customers
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the loan process.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders
- Prepare and verify financial documents and assist in loan decisioning process
- Reply to customer emails
- Make outbound calls to customers when necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in loan processing, mortgage banking, or a related financial field.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities.
- Team player with a thorough understanding of loan processes and regulations.

Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
