Job Description
The NAM Collections team based in Manila is seeking a Collections Supervisor to manage daily operations for a team of 15 members handling collections in North America. The ideal candidate will ensure cash collection targets, KPIs, and SLAs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise team members on client A/R balances.
- Manage the team’s collections portfolio.
- Provide monthly reports to leadership.
- Recruit qualified team resources.
Soft Skills Required: Positive attitude, negotiation skills, and relationship management.
