Job Description
We are continuously looking for candidates to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Matches customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Utilizes skills to overcome objections and achieve customer buy-in.
- Shares specific information with internal and external clients.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of BPO/Customer Service experience.
- HS/SHS/College graduate.
- Good to above communication skills.
- Availability to work onsite with flexible schedules.
