Job Description
Focus Global Inc. is looking for a proactive Business Operations Intern to assist in sales order management from order taking to delivery. Responsibilities include order entry, invoicing, and inventory management.
Intern Responsibilities:
- Process order entries using an ERP system.
- Prepare delivery documents for key accounts.
- Update inventory status and adjustments.
- Coordinate deliveries and communicate with teams.
- Manage administrative tasks for daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Business Degree.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical.
- Team player and results-driven.
