Job Description
Globalport Terminals Inc. is seeking an IT Site Support Specialist to provide analytical, technical, and administrative support for our IT facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an inventory of all IT facilities.
- Conduct regular/monthly inventory checks.
- Prepare reports on the status of IT facilities.
- Install and configure hardware and software.
- Set up accounts for new users and ensure data security.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field.
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in hardware and software installation.
- Willing to work in Port of Sasa, Davao City.
