Job Description
Makati Shangri-La, Manila, a deluxe hotel situated in the heart of Manila’s financial district, is seeking a dedicated Service Associate – Finance (General Accounting).
As a Service Associate – Finance (Accounts Receivable), your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Service Leader Accounts Receivable
- Handling guest billing issues and disputes
- Preparing account billing with necessary documentation
- Monitoring customer accounts for non-payments and delays
- Reconciling accounts and communicating with customers
We are looking for candidates with a passion for numbers, good organizational skills, and fluency in English. Experience in a finance department of a 5-star luxury hotel is preferred.
