Job Description
Reporting to: Director of IT
Location: SM Clark Pampanga
Experience Required:
- Graduate in IT stream or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
- Proficient in Hardware & software for Desktop/Laptops/Servers
- Strong troubleshooting skills for various systems
- On-site and phone support abilities
- Knowledge of MS Operating Systems and Office products
- Understanding of servers, permissions, LAN, WAN, and Network protocols
