Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for the Virtual Process at ECHO Job Careers. You will manage customer queries and complaints, process orders, and escalate issues across various communication channels. Ability to remain calm under customer frustration and experience with computers is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude.
- Respond promptly to inquiries.

- Process orders and keep interaction records.
