Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls regarding ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assist customers with the online ticketing platform and technical issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Protect sensitive customer information by following guidelines.
