Job Description

Position Overview:
Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to hotel reservations while providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information on availability, rates, and policies.
- Process reservations efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
