Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to Php 25,00 monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other channels.
- Assist in modifying or canceling reservations per hotel policies.
- Troubleshoot booking issues and resolve problems.
- Promote special deals to maximize hotel revenue.
- Provide feedback for process improvements.
