Job Description
Qualifications:
– College Degree or 2nd year completed.
– 1 year of QA experience in a BPO setup with blended account experience (Voice and Non-Voice).
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy. Responsibilities include monitoring call quality, ensuring compliance, and providing feedback to enhance performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php30,00.00/month
