Job Description
Job Description: The Accounting Controller will be the primary authority on financial matters, overseeing the Finance Division and ensuring that all financial operations align with the company’s strategic business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year related course
- Minimum of 18-20 years of experience (with ≥10 years as a Financial/Accounting Controller)
- Extensive experience in Real Estate
- Experience in Financial Management in Real Estate
- Knowledge of Real Estate’s Tax and Revenue
- Strong leadership skills with a developmental mindset
Other Details: On-site at Ortigas Center, Pasig. Compressed Schedule: Mon to Fri, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
