Job Description
Job Purpose:
Oversee Post-payment and Account Follow-up for assigned Client Hospital Accounts Receivable. Act as a liaison among clinical auditors, hospital staff, and health plans to ensure timely claim payments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform duties of AR Specialist I and II
- Utilize reports for analysis and prioritization
- Assist in special projects and training new hires
- Work on escalated accounts and implement improvements
Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ years in medical collections/billing
- Expert in billing guidelines and payor contracts
- 3 years in Epic Medical Record system
- Must be onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
