Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
- Background in insurance operational processes is preferred.
- 1-4 years experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support branch operations related to New Business processing and administration.
- Provide timely customer service and handle after-sales requests.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate premium collections.
- Manage branch office facilities and distributor relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour day shift, Monday to Friday
