Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking talented candidates to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call whenever possible.
- Match customer demands to our clients’ products and services.
- Utilize settlement and influencing skills to gain customer buy-in.
- Communicate crucial information with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
