Job Description
Minimum Job Description:
- Research and schedule speaking and presentation opportunities for Estate Planning.
- Schedule intake calls and planning sessions.
- Automate email communications to clients and potential clients.
- Manage client data and demographics entry into CRM (i.e., Clio).
- Perform follow-up calls and communications with clients and potential clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in Estate Planning practice.
- Proficient in CRM, especially “Clio.”
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Background in customer service and marketing.
- 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant.
- Willing to work on site in Parañaque.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
