Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- In-charge of preparations and collection of all project progress billings
- Report directly to the Finance Head
- Assist with reconciliation and processing of project billings
- Prepare and review invoices for billing collection
- Manage aging bills and inform customers regarding payments
- Prepare monthly or periodic reports of all billings
- Assist in preparing account statements and financial reports
- Compile and maintain documents and records of all billings
Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering Course
- Exposure in Construction (Aluminum and Glass) is an advantage
- Can start immediately
