Job Description
Profile: CSR – Senior Process Executive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder or at least completed 2nd year college with no back subjects, or Senior High School.
- 18 – 24 months of contact center experience handling Insurance, Life Annuity, 401(K) Plans, Retirement, or Finance accounts.
- Amenable to work onsite in Taguig on shifting schedules.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
