Job Description
TRUSSWELL ENTERPRISE is seeking a Procurement Officer who possesses strong negotiation, analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
- Vendor Management: Identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Purchase Orders: Creating and managing purchase orders for timely delivery.
- Budget Management: Collaborating with finance to manage procurement budgets.
- Market Research: Analyzing market trends for cost-effective purchasing options.
- Compliance: Ensuring procurement activities comply with laws and policies.
- Reporting: Preparing reports on procurement activities for management.
- Inventory: Keeping thorough records of inventory transactions.
