Job Description
Job Summary:
- Manage and supervise Recoveries Managers to ensure agency targets are met.
- Develop strategies to improve collection goals while maintaining flow parameters.
- Ensure adherence to collection policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 5+ years of collection experience, preferably in credit card or banking sectors.
- 2+ years in people management within collections.
- Willingness to travel within the Philippines.
